This session is centered around a single O2 table. Each diver gets to do the entire table uninterrupted to let them focus on relaxation. Survivors will finish with a small art competition - draw something (anything!) underwater. The winning artwork will be auctioned by Sothbey's (ha-ha).

Underwater drawing
How is your breath hold affected if you have to use your brain?
You will have 5min to draw something with a pencil on a plastic pad while holding your breath underwater.
You can come up for air as many times as you like, but you have to hand over your pen and pad to the safety before surfacing and take it back from them after going under.
Everyone starts at the same time and finishes 5min later.
Tips:
- sitting down is easier for drawing than floating, but you have to either use weights or go down with empty lungs
- have some idea what you are going to draw before going under
- 3-4 recovery breaths every 1min should give you 4min of drawing time
