Open to any club member who would like to make their own neck weight.

You should bring:
– gloves (latex or similar)
– electrical tape and duct tape (if you want a certain colour, we have a good amount of tape available)
– 1 to 2 pushbike inner‐tubes (good quality mountain bike tube, can be one from the bike shop with a puncture but not the part of the tube you want to use, and ideally should have a working valve at the top) – again, we also have a selcetion of tubes available
– 1 backpack clip or snap‐clip (we have a few spare ones)
