Hi all. Come and join us for the annual catfish cull at lake Taupo.
If you would like accommodation for Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6th please fill in the form and pay. Currently, there is only accommodation available for both nights in Turangi. We will be renting two baches. If you wish to stay you will need to bring your bedding and food. There are cooking facilities at both baches and a pub nearby.

Event Details:
A great event for novice and expert alike. The cull involves going out with your buddies to shoot catfish using a pole spear/Hawaiian sling. This year we will spit up into pairs (not groups). If you don’t have a buddy, don’t worry – we can find a match for you. If you’ve never done any spearfishing before then this is a great way to start. Cost to enter is $40. This will get you an event T-shirt, sausage sizzle at the prizegiving, Spearfishing NZ donation and prizes.
