This month four of our members achieved new Personal Bests (PBs) during training sessions!Janice Lecias improved her Static (STA) PB from 3:15 in early May to a whopping 4min 07s.Stacey Pretorius also pushed per STA PB from 2:30 to 3:29 - also a huge jump!Further up North in Warkworth, Tineke Robson pushed her PB dynamic bi fins (DYNB) from 75m to 95m. Pretty sure she will knock out a 100 meter dive soon 💪💪And of course, Brad James smashed out a new National Record at the Asia Freediving Cup!
