Freedive Pool Training

What happens

Once you have completed the initial safety induction sessions, training settles into a pattern of dynamic and/or static pool training.

Training sessions are run by senior members who will structure the sessions to fit with specific goals. This includes helping our members improve their personal best performances (we have regular ‘PB’ nights), as well as training for specific club and national freediving events.
